IHOP Restaurant has signed a lease for space in Rolling Valley Mall, according to Stephanie Friedman of Combined Properties, the commercial real estate company managing the shopping center.
The restaurant is scheduled to open during the second quarter of 2012, in the now vacant storefront next to Burger King.
Combined Properties also finalized a lease with . The club's phased opening begins in early February, with a sales center next to . The exact date is still pending.

Combined Properties developed Rolling Valley Mall in 1974. The current tenants include:
- Burger King
- Fancy Nails
- Dollar Tree
