Lake Braddock Theatre Presents "Dracula"

Directed by R. L. Mirabel, in his 21st year teaching theatre, Dracula opened last night and will run through Saturday April 30 at the Lake Braddock Theatre. A Saturday matinee at 2:30 will also be presented. Tickets are $11 and can be purchased at the door. Lake Braddock Theatre students have a long history of excellence, with numerous Regional and National nominations and awards.

"One of the great things about Lake Braddock Theatre is that we like to involve the audience by surrounding them  in the aisles as well as on the stage," stage manager Haley Sadler said. Sadler, an 11th grader who has been involved in Lake Braddock theatre since 9th grade, said that her biggest challenge is timing of the cues and lines and teching because you need a connection between many people. She suggested that the community should plan to attend one of the Dracula performances this weekend to see "future talent and techs."
