 ard of directors\, formally approve by-laws\, and submit a letter of int
 ent to sponsor a dog park as part of the Fairfax County Park Authority's
  (FCPA) master plan for Monticello Park. This meeting is the most urgent
  step required to get the dog park added to the Master Plan. Please feel
