Would you like to meet your FCPS School Board representatives? Do you have questions for them? Please join us for our monthly PTSA meeting on Monday, March 5th at 7PM in Spartan Hall. In addition to our regular monthly update from Principal Mark Greenfelder, we will have special guests Elizabeth Schultz, Springfield District, and Megan McLaughlin, Braddock District. More About West Springfield High School
West Springfield High School emphasizes teaching the whole child, from mind to body to creativity. As part of that philosophy, the school features a variety of special programs, including an applied history course that allows students to intern at historical sites in the area. Each senior is required to complete a capstone project, which combines service learning with a research paper. The school also serves as a hub of the community, with activities taking place on its back turf field nearly every night year-round.
