JAZZERCISE RAISES $10,000 FOR FARA
Fairfax, VA – Two hundred local Jazzercisers energized the crowd at the Washington Wizards basketball game on Saturday, April 12, 2014 when they performed at halftime at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C to raise money for Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA). According to Jazzercise instructor and benefit organizer Robin Nistle, FARA will use the donations to find a treatment and a cure for this debilitating, life-shortening, degenerative neuro-muscular disorder. For more information on FARA visit curefa.org.
