The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is putting up $50,000 for help solving a homicide. The money is offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible in the death of Samih Mustafa Sowan.
Two men were seen running from a home in March 2011. Inside, police found the body of Sowan, a Subway restaurant owner who had been renting an apartment in the home.
"The resident of the house stated that he heard what he thought were gunshots coming from the basement," said Bill Kennedy, Stafford County Sheriff’s Office public information officer. "When he went down to the basement, he found the victim on the floor."
