Fast & Furious 6: Trailer, Review, Showtimes

The most recent rendition has been doing gangbusters in the UK, and it opens in local theaters Thursday.

It's no more sophisticated than previous entries, but thanks to a higher-octane sense of humor and some typically terrific set pieces, Fast & Furious 6 offers another enjoyable ride for fans of the franchise.
At the risk of sounding too much like a blurb on a poster, this movie delivers some high-octane thrills and intensely mindless fun, sporting at least two prolonged action sequences that are absolute knock-outs. The gleeful destruction on hand is exactly what you want a summer movie to provide, and then some.
Another silly but sturdy instalment that’s as well-oiled as The Rock’s muscles. If the ‘Letty in London’ story doesn’t exactly have that new-car smell, this is still the fastest soap opera on wheels.
