Facebook took the top spot in ranking of 100 most important electronic media companies.

Patch.com earned a little recognition within the media industry recently with a No. 5 ranking on the 100 Most Important Online Publishers as determined by OMMA, the Magazine of Online Media, Marketing and Advertising.
