Heart Check: Pocket EKG

Screening includes: 
* Complete 12-lead EKG Reading (includes atrial fibrillation screening) 
* Cholesterol Test (Total & HDL) 
* Blood Pressure Check 
* Heart Risk Evaluation w/ Body Comp Analysis


After the screening, participant will be sent a pocket-sized card with an image of his/her baseline EKG on one side and essential emergency information and cardiac history on the other.

The American Heart Association and The American College of Cardiology both recommend that all adults over the age of 40 have a baseline EKG. The Pocket EKG Screening program is by appointment only and takes about 30 minutes.

Credit card accepted online for payment however, cash and check are the only forms of payment accepted at the screening.
