Want to get a head start on the spring running season? Sign up now for Fairfax CASA’s Run for the Children 8K Race & 3K Run/Walk, scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Fairfax County Courthouse Complex.
In just two short years, the Run for the Children has become one of the most popular Fairfax-area charity running events, drawing an average of 1,000 runners and walkers who enjoy a scenic course that winds through the streets of Fairfax City.
Registration for this popular event is active and easier than ever. Participants may sign up for the 8K or the 3K without a processing fee! All runners and walkers under the age of 18 may register for only $20.

The Run for the Children raises awareness and funds for the work 193 CASA volunteers, who advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected who are under the Court’s protection in Fairfax County.
