Boy Scouts of American Troop 1347 Invites You to an Upcoming Open House Recruiting Event

 Boys 11-18 and families:  Please join us for an upcoming open house recruiting event.

Attend an upcoming Troop 1347 open house and find out what makes us different from other troops:

• Troop 1347 is truly boy-led, which gives our scouts opportunities to learn leadership and teamwork.
• Troop 1347 is a smaller troop (25 scouts), which gives our scouts more opportunities to serve in leadership roles.
• Troop 1347 has an excellent Eagle Scout program, and has produced 80 Eagle Scouts.
• Monthly campouts, annual summer camp
• Unlike many troops, Troop 1347 does not require fundraising--it's pay as you go, so the focus stays on scouting.
• Trained Adult Leaders and active parent involvement

Troop 1347 meets on Tuesday nights 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Burke United Methodist Church.

All open house recruiting events will take place at:

Burke United Methodist Church, 6200 Burke Centre Parkway (corner of Burke Lake Rd), Burke, VA
