Springfield resident Jeffrey B. Koch, 22, has been arrested and charged with the of the , according to police in the .
Police in Colonial Heights, VA, received a tip about the case, made contact with the suspect and coordinated with Fairfax County Police robbery detectives. Koch was served with an arrest warrant on Friday, Nov. 25.
Koch is now in jail in Colonial Heights. Extradition proceedings are anticipated.
