Crime Report: Fairfax Police Charge Six Drivers with DWI

The following incident (s) were reported in the West Springfield District and pulled from the daily activity report released Monday by the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).

Business Compliance/Alcohol Enforcement

12/13/13. Officers in the West Springfield Police District conducted business compliance checks at 22 businesses. No arrests were made for the illegal sale of alcohol.


Alcohol Enforcement/Directed Patrol

12/13/13. Officers from the Operational Support Bureau patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Five drivers were charged with DWI. Sixty-six summonses and sixteen warnings were issued. Also, three criminal charges were made.

Alcohol Enforcement/Directed Patrol

12/14/13. Officers from the West Springfield Police District patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. One driver was charged with DWI and eleven warnings were issued.
