Teens Charged with Trespassing at Robinson Secondary School

The following incidents are taken from recent crime reports released by the Fairfax County Police Department.

The following items are from the recent daily activity reports from the West Springfield, Franconia, and Fair Oaks Police District Stations of the Fairfax County Police Department, which includes parts of Burke.

West Springfield District Station
 
Trespassing
Five teenagers were charged with trespassing at Robinson Secondary School, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. An alarm went off at the school at 12:25 a.m. on July 31 on the 5000 block of Sideburn Road in Fairfax.
 
Teens from Fairfax, Clifton, and Burke were arrested. One 17 year old was charged with illegal possession of alcohol.
 
Burglary
Jewelry was stolen from an Annandale home, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. The incident took place at 7:30 p.m. on the 4600 block of John Tyler Court in Annandale. There were no signs of forced entry.
 
Robbery
A 44-year-old woman reported that a teenage boy tried to steal her phone, according to police. The incident took place at 10:15 p.m. on July 28 on the 8400 block of Bayberry Ridge Road in Fairfax Station. The woman said that the boy approached her and grabbed her cell phone. The woman screams and the boy fled without taking anything.
 
Assault
A 17 year old was walking when an unknown man approached her and inappropriately touched her from behind, according to police. The incident took place at 3 p.m. on July 31 on the 5500 block of Kings Park Drive in Springfield.

Franconia District Station
 
Sex Offense
A 25-year-old woman was walking when a man approached and inappropriately touched her, according to authorities. The incident occurred at 10:45 a.m. on July 25 on the 6200 block of Hanover Avenue in Springfield.
 
Assault
A 16-year-old girl was walking with her mother when an unknown man grabbed her, according to police. The incident took place at 3:15 p.m. on July 29 on the 6200 block of Alforth Avenue in Alexandria. The woman screamed and the man fled. The girl was not injured.
 
Burglary
Someone forced their way into a business and stole cash, according to police. The incident took place at 11 a.m. on July 29 on the 5800 block of Kingstowne Center in Kingstowne.
 
Burglary
A resident reported that someone entered a home through a window and stole cash, according to police. The incident took place at 4:50 p.m. on July 29 on the 7600 block of Whitly Way in Lorton.
 
Burglary
Cash was stolen from a home at 7:40 p.m. on July 29 on the 7400 block of Essex Avenue in Springfield, according to police.

Fair Oaks District Station

 
Robbery
A man was arrested after being caught walking out of an Oakton office carrying wallets belonging to employees, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
 
Police said the incident took place at 9 a.m. on July 26 on the 2900 block of Chain Bridge Road. The man was spotted and fled the office after pushing a woman, police said.
 
Quentin Findley, 54, of Alexandria, was charged with robbery and two counts of obtaining credit cards. The victim was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
Peeping
A 50-year-old man reported someone looking into his home, according to police. The incident took place at 5 a.m. on July 26 on the 4700 block of Quiet Woods Lane in Fairfax. The man fled before police arrived.
