Local Man Charged with Stealing Truck in Burke

Mohamed A. Gall, 20, of Centreville, has been charged with grand larceny.

A Centreville man has been arrested and charged with grand larceny after stealing a truck in Burke, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

The truck was reportedly parked in the 9000 block of Andromeda Drive in Burke on Dec. 21 around 10:34 a.m. A person reportedly hopped in the truck when the two workers were not in the vehicle and drove away in it.

Following an investigation by police and with the assistance of several officers, police arrested Mohamed A. Gall, 20, of Centreville, according to the latest crime report released Monday.

Gall has been charged with grand larceny and “set in motion a vehicle with the owner’s permission”.
