Police Blotter: Burglary, Snow Plow Stolen

BURGLARY: A business in the 7600 block of Fullerton Road in Springfield was burglarized some time between 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 19 and 10:30 p.m. the following day. It appears a laptop computer, a television and a digital video recording device are missing.
