Sully CSI: Go Behind the Scenes with Police Detectives

Fairfax County Police detectives will discuss how they cover a crime scene at Wednesday night's Sully Citizens' Advisory Committee meeting.

Ever wonder how police detectives do their job at a crime scene? Fairfax County Police detectives will discuss their jobs and answer questions from the public at Wednesday night's meeting of the Citizens' Advisory Committee for the Sully Police District.

Citizens will also get the chance to meet the Sully District's new station commander, new assistant commander and new crime prevention officer.

The meeting takes place tonight (Wednesday) from 7:30-9 p.m. in the Police Roll Call Room at the Sully District Police Station, 4900 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly.

Members of the public are invited to the meeting and can also join the FCPD Citizens' Advisory Committee. The CAC provides a forum for citizens to express concerns about specific areas, provide input about the delivery of police services and facilitates citizen and community cooperation with the police. Meetings for the Sully Police District's CAC are held the second Wednesday of each month at the Sully Police District Station.
