Unlawful Entry Reported at West Springfield Home

West Springfield District Station

Unlawful Entry, 5900 block of Kingsford Road, 9/5/13. A resident reported that someone entered the home but nothing was stolen. Forced entry was made through the front door.

Robbery, 4300 block of Carmelo Drive, 9/6/13. A 50-year-old woman was walking on the sidewalk when a man surprised her from behind. He demanded money and fled with cash. The victim was not injured. The suspect was later identified as an acquaintance of other family members. Charges are pending.

Assault, 7700 block of Armistead Road, 9/10/13.Two women were jogging when an unknown man approached from behind. He inappropriately touched a 39-year-old woman and ran away. The victim was not injured.

Fair Oaks District Station

Burglary, 11100, block of Tattersall Trail, 9/5/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and stole a cell phone. Forced entry was made through a window.

Robbery, 2900 block of Waterford Court, 9/8/13. A 41-year-old woman was walking home. Two young men, possibly in their 20s, approached from behind. The grabbed her purse. She struggled, but they fled with bag. She received minor injuries.

Indecent Exposure, 3900 block of Corsair Court, 9/8/13. A 17-year-old girl was in the pool area when an unknown man entered. He exposed himself and she left the area. The suspect was not located.
