West Springfield Police Officers Charge Two Drivers with DWI

Incident(s) from the latest daily activity report provided by the Fairfax County Police Department on Dec. 2. Mentioned arrests do not indicate convictions.

The following incident (s) were reported in the West Springfield District and pulled from the daily activity report released Monday by the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).

Directed Patrol, 11/30/13
Two drivers were charged with drunken driving (DWI) on Nov. 30, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. 

Officers from the West Springfield District Station charged the drivers during a directed patrol, which is when officers patrol the county searching for drunk drivers. 

In addition to the DWI charges, 10 warnings were issued and two criminal charges were made.

8500 block of Greeley Boulevard, wallet from vehicle 
7500 block of Reservation Drive, purse from vehicle       


No vehicles reported stolen.
