Great Falls winner has come forward, Burke winner still to be named.
The person who bought the $1 million winning Virginia lottery ticket from a 7-Eleven on Georgetown Pike in Great Falls is Warner Ashby, a chauffeur who lives in Rockville.
Ashby told NBC4 he plans to continue working.
