Photos: Mitt Romney Rallies in Fairfax

One of the Republican nominee's final campaign appearances was at George Mason University's Patriot Center.

Virginia saw President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney both in the past few days as they wrap up campaigns by visiting swing states across the country.

Patch will have a full recap of Mitt Romney's visit later this evening.

See coverage of Barack Obama's visit to Bristow, Va. Saturday night here.

We all know how the Republican party's anchor to all their economic thinking is based on their trickle down theory, despite the fact that we saw that it didn't work when enacted under Bush. So what recently happened was that the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service did a study on this and their study found that there is no correlation between these policies and economic growth, so given that is 99.9% of what Romney is campaigning on, Republicans panicked and the report was buried.
Here is the article on it: http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2012/11/02/non-partisan-congressional-tax-report-debunks-core-conservative-economic-theory-gop-suppresses-study/ And here is the actual report that you can still read: http://www.dpcc.senate.gov/files/documents/CRSTaxesandtheEconomy%20Top%20Rates.pdf

The GOP billionaires are paying dearly to steal their government back. Vote Democratic and keep the middle class moving FORWARD!

A win for bho will be a death blow to the middle class and everyone else, too.

Americans aren't that stupid to vote for a pathetic president can't even do middle school math (his own comments about the math). Mitt Romney is a very decent person, and smartest candidate ever run for the office!
To Vienna Patch-- "Great photo selection of Romney by the way." You guys need to go back to school to learn how to be a real objective journalists!

People just don't understand how bad the federal debt actually is. It is so bad that if the federal government could somehow steal the entire wealth of all the world's billionaires the U.S. would still be about 11 trillion dollars in debt. Clearly, just increasing the tax rate on the wealthy won't do any good. We must drastically reduce government spending. BO does not understand this and is clueless about how to get our economy back on track. The best thing BO could do is just get out of the way!

I noticed that the very few pictures that have been posted of Romney have been less than flattering, but I thought it was just me. The media has for many years abandoned even a pretense of objectivity in reporting -- I think a newspaper endorsing a candidate ought to be illegal, since they claim to be objectively reporting the news. It's not news reporting to promote one candidate over another. It's a good thing newspapers are all on the verge of bankruptcy.

Secret GOP money has flooded Virginia to buy your vote. Vote Democratic and protect the middle class.

Voter turnout at Greenbriar East precinct early this morning was extraordinary, and I definitely felt a Democratic enthusiasm. The momentum is now on the Democratic side. Let's keep it going for 10 more hours!!

Romney: "Jeep, now owned by the Italians, is thinking of moving all production to China"
Queue it up at 46 seconds and watch... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcZr0UtLgkI Jeep CEO: "Jeep production will not be moved from the United States to China" http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-10-30/chrysler-ceo-reiterates-jeep-suv-production-will-remain-in-u-s-.html Now if anybody tries to tell you that Romney is not lying to you to sneak his way into office, there is your proof that he is lying. I can't break it down any more simply for people. Romney is a deceptive used car sales man. He will tell you whatever he thinks will get him what he wants. He tells the base that he is a extreme conservative and makes all the promises that the fringe extreme wants and then turns to the voters and says that he is a bi-partisan. These are not mutually inclusive positions. He is lying to somebody. Are you ready to risk if he is lying to you?

And nary a non-white face in sight. Amazing how many in the GOP really think we can turn the clock back in this country. The world has changed and those who want America to lead need to start understanding that or risk being left behind.
