Fairfax County Council of PTAs Emerging Minority Leaders Conference

The FCCPTA will host its first Emerging Minority Leaders Conference in the Lecture Hall at Lake Braddock Secondary School.  

The Emerging Minority Leaders Conference is the perfect opportunity for leaders of local unit PTAs to build a network of peers, and to learn how to overcome the challenges faced as a PTA leader, parent, caregiver or advocate of minority communities.  FCCPTA's Emerging Minority Leaders Conference offers anyone working in minority communities the opportunity to obtain usable information and resources to help better engage minority communities across the Northern Virginia area.  

This conference is open to community leaders interested in expanding parent leadership opportunities for minorities within our school communities.
