History Comes Alive at Frying Pan Spring Meeting House

Celebrate the rich history and diverse culture of the Frying Pan Spring Meeting House, one of the oldest, racially-integrated churches in Virginia.  Constructed in 1791, the simple white building located at Frying Pan Farm Park housed an integrated congregation, sheltered wounded Civil War soldiers and survived 200 years of community growth and change.  The Victorian Society of Falls Church, dressed in period attire, will make history come alive with song and stories of the Civil War activity that took place at the Meeting House.
