In her memoir, A Million Fireflies, Phonpadith takes us on a journey of love and loss, incorporating both poetry and her real-life stories to give voice to the true language of a heart that has seen much, felt deeply and survived to shine. Her second publication, Seen and Sustained: Best Practices in Communication that Increase the Visibility of Small and Diverse Businesses, is a professional development workbook co-authored by fellow entrepreneurs, Akia Garnett, Jane Lovas, and Tamecia Bradshaw.
