Lake Braddock, Robinson Students Accept Full-Ride Scholarships to NVCC

Nineteen students, including two from Lake Braddock and Robinson high schools, have accepted scholarships from Northern Virginia Community College that will pay for their tuition, books, supplies, and travel abroad for two years of study.

“We are very excited about this remarkable opportunity to provide highly-motivated and talented high school students with full tuition at NOVA,” NOVA Honors Coordinator Stacy Rice stated in a press release.
 
It’s the first year that the college is offering these scholarships. Students will be enrolled in the school’s Honors Program, which offer smaller classes and enrichment activities.
