Parent Forum on Youth Drinking and Driving

Tuesday night at the West Springfield Government Center, learn about what you can do to help prevent youth from drinking and driving.

According to the Fairfax County Police Department, more than 1,900 motor vehicle crashes in Fairfax County (2006-2011) involved an alcohol-impaired driver between the ages of 15 and 24.

In 2011 alone across Virginia, 20 teenagers ages 15 - 19 were killed in alcohol-related crashes and 545 were injured, according to Virginia State Police.

You are invited to learn more about this problem and join the conversation by attending a community forum Tuesday evening.
