Upcoming Events at West Springfield High

Parent nights, work days and special events at WSHS.

Underclassmen Parent Night
Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m in the auditorium.

This program presents an overview of our comprehensive programs in Student Services.  While the program will preview the 9th, 10th, and 11th grade years, the target audience are 9th and 10th grade parents as well as 11th grade parents new to our school or 11th grade parents interested in a refresher overview of our programs.  On March 11th, we will be hosting a program for junior parents only that focuses on Post-Secondary options, including beginning the process of applying to college, college searches, and military options.

Senior Parent Night
Monday, Sept. 24, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.

Parents will be given a detailed process of how to request letters of recommendation, how to request a high school transcript, how to utilize resources for a college search, and how to begin the college application process.

Future Parent Programs

During the course of this school year, West Springfield High School offers many opportunities for parents to learn more about specific programs, resources and supports offered through Student Services, including FAFSA completion night, PSAT Info Night, AP Parent and Student Information, and more.  Look for messages about our programs throughout the school year.
