WSDT Learns Fate Tonight

Performing a dance choreographed in less than a week since being chosen by Sharon Osbourne as a Wild Card act, the Dance Team (WSDT) shocked the judges with their zombie themed routine Tuesday night on America's Got Talent.

Judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel agreed the presentation was not as strong as last week's performance, but audience members seemed to disagree.  The team received great applause.

On Wednesday night, votes will be revealed. WSDT and the 11 other Wild Card acts will learn which four are moving on to join those already in the semi-finals. The decision is based on voting.

The Dance Team (WSDT) is a wild card semi-finalist in the hit NBC television show “America’s Got Talent.”

After last Tuesday's live television performance, viewers voted for their favorite act.  On Wednesday's results show, judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel voted for another dance act, knocking the West Springfield High School Dance Team from the semi-finals.

But Sharon Osbourne, who voted for the team, announced she chose West Springfield as her "wild card" pick.  They will compete again on Tuesday, August 16, during the 9 p.m. show on NBC.

The competition team of 17 dancers is coached by choreographers and creative directors Tara Perez and Jason King.
