NCAA March Madness 2013: Updated Scores, Final Four

March Madness cranks up again Saturday with the NCAA Final Four.

The March Madness 2013 Final Four television schedule begins Saturday with Louisville v. Wichita State at 6:05 p.m. followed by Michigan v. Syracuse at 8:49 p.m. Both games are  on CBS.

(UPDATE) Final: Louisville 72, Wichita State 68

Michigan 61, Syracuse 56

The Vegas lines on the Final Four give Louisville a 9.5-point edge and favor Michigan by 2. Sure, your March Madness tournament brackets are probably busted, but you can still have fun with the tournament.
