Friends of Kings Park Library Sponsor 'Warm Bodies' Author Event

The event will be in Chantilly on July 24.

Any zombie fans out there in Burke? Best-selling author Isaac Marion, who penned the book "Warm Bodies," is coming to Fairfax County.

Marion will meet and greet with residents at an event in Chantilly Wednesday, July 24. The event, which will be from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Chantilly Regional Library, located at 4000 Stringfellow Road, is organized and co-sponsored by Burke's Friends of Kings Park Library.

Burke residents unfamiliar with Marion's book may have seen the film adaptation of "Warm Bodies," which was in theaters back in February.

The event is suited for children ages 12 to 18. Books will be available for sale and for Marion to sign at the event. A teen workshop, "FX...Zombies...and Pizza," will begin at 5:30 p.m. prior to the author event.

All residents interested in attending can register online here.
