First floor master suites.  To accommodate those with lower mobility, adding a master suite to the first level is a great idea.  This allows easy access to the kitchen and living areas without having to climb any stairs.  A first floor master suite remodel is usually done by building an addition or reworking existing space in the home.
  2. Basement remodels.  Your basement can provide a blank canvas for creating the exact type of additional living space you will need for your multigenerational family.   From completely independent living and sleeping areas with private entrances to large family rooms and craft areas, a basement remodel will provide much needed additional square footage.
