Very disappointed with Golden DDS office management. My 18 month old daughter was in pain but, due to construction on the road directly in front of the office, we were 12 minutes late to an appointment. We had called ahead, they said it was okay. When we got there, they refused to treat her and would not work her in for another 6 weeks. 12 minutes late = refusal to care for a toddler who was in pain. How disappointing.
