Disorderly Conduct Incident Closes Old Keene Mill Road

The incident Saturday evening drew a large police presence in response to the threat of a gun.

An argument between two adults shut down Old Keene Mill Road near Greeley Boulevard Saturday evening. Fairfax County police responded to a disorderly conduct situation where a person claimed to have a handgun, said Eddy Azcarate, public information officer with the Fairfax County Police Department. Azcarate said the initial calls about the argument brought several police cars to the vicinity and police closed lanes on Old Keene Mill Road as a precaution. “If someone says ‘gun’, we will respond with appropriate force and evaluate the situation once we’re there,” said Azcarate. Teen Allegedly Sexually Assaulted

The following information was supplied by the Fairfax County Police Department. Arrests or charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

West Springfield District police report the following in their Aug. 17, 2012, weekly incident report. Addresses shown indicate blocks and not specific locations. Sexual Assault: 6600 block of Frontier Drive, Aug. 10, 2012, 5:01 p.m. The 18-year-old victim accepted a ride from a man she did not know. Instead of taking her to the agreed upon location, he allegedly sexually assaulted her in the vehicle. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. Disorderly Conduct: 7600 block of Cork Glen Way, Aug. 9, 2012, 7:32 p.m. Police responded to reports of loud music being played from parked vehicles. Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Burglary in Area

West Springfield District police report the following in their April 27, 2012, weekly incident report. Assault A 27-year-old victim was power walking on a trail near Danbury Forest Drive and Lonsdale Road at about noon on Saturday, April 14, when she passed a man standing on the path. As she passed, he grabbed her from behind. She was able to break free and flee.  The man was described as Hispanic, between 5-feet 6-inches to 5-feet 9-inches tall and around 150-170 pounds. He was professionally attired in a white, buttoned shirt and a dark vest, black slacks and black shoes. Disorderly Conduct Officers were called for a fight in progress in the 10600 block of Braddock Road on Sunday, April 15, at about 2 a.m.  The officers found several …
