Lauren Trecosta, Neighbor

Lauren Trecosta is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate in her work to help clients develop and assert their voice, face life fearlessly, and live with integrity. 

Lauren has more than 15 years experience counseling individuals and couples.  She specializes in helping clients overcome anxiety and depression as well as work through relationship issues.  Many of Lauren’s clients are military personnel and their families, as well as individuals struggling with issues around infidelity, co-dependence, separation, and divorce.

Many clients find reassurance and empowerment in groups.  Lauren offers Empowerment Groups with specific themes, such as Personal Accomplishment or Relationships.
