I spent 20 years in IT networking for two large companies...Verizon and Cisco. Decided to follow my passion of health eating and exercise five years ago and opened Fitness Revolution Burke in September 2013. I live with my Husband of 28 years and three adopted dogs. I love to cooking and visiting New Orleans; my Husband's hometown.
